great. good people, honest feedback. I felt very comfortable with the questions. end of the day I got a better offer from another employer who was located closer to my house than this one.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE (Budapest) in Nov 2021
Interview
One more recruiting process handled by the company's recruiters based in Moscow, Russia. The recruiting process by General Electric's HR recruiters is non-transparent, lengthy and ineffective. You get all interview rounds appointments solely by email communication, all the rounds go by an online video communicator. Nevertheless, the IP and provided contact phone numbers of the recruiter are Russia-based. Big good point is the interview's schedule flexibility. First you go by an online screening call with the recruiter, who gives the basic questions and books the round with a manager. The manager is based in the job location and is a local national, gives you the questions which contain suggestions, concerns, fears and irrational suspicions on your eligibility to accept the company and stay and extended period with the company. There is no questions on the relevance between the previous work experience and the role.

Question 1
What is your current employment situation?
Are you willingly to relocate to the job location?
I had to undergo a 3-round interview process with GE. After the initial screening with the recruitment lady, I was recommended to my next interview with my future manager, and during my last interview I was interviewed by one of the region leads.
