It was good. Nothing too out of the ordinary. It should be fine. You will do well. Study normal interview questions. Wow I can’t believe I have to keep putting words.

Interview process was moderate to easy. It had a preliminary stage with general questions about the employee. Also technical part with question about the area of wind turbines. Then the interview passed to the salaries and benefit area.

Interview with wind farm manager and the regional wind manager, followed by interview with HR person, then background check. All happened within 4 to 6 weeks and I did have to follow up once because there was a delay with some paperwork.
