Uses outside/contract recruiters, then once past that interviews are coordinated via HR person. Very well organized and transparent process. Hiring manager was open to dialog and spent quite a bit of time explaining his particular focus points and objectives.

Multi-step. Recruiter, manager, and panel of peers. It took around 2 months to complete and fairly straight forward. The next steps were communicated and interviewers respectful. Would try to land a role again the future.
The interview process was fair and efficient. The interviewers asked good questions and gave me a fair opportunity, although I did not receive an offer. My experience was a good one.
