Easy interview, straightforward questions. Not many technical questions if you are a rising sophomore, questions based more on your character, work ethic and personality. Interview conducted at a student work networking conference.

The process consists of one interview, where the interviewer prompts both behavioral (case scenarios) and fundamental technical questions of gas turbines and engineering in general. You interview with a recruiting agent, not the manager of your rotation.
