I applied through college or university. I interviewed at GE in Oct 2011
Interview
Met representatives at a booth at my college's career fair. Was asked to do an interview on campus the next day. It was a typical behavioral interview that I did pretty well at, as I was asked to come to an on site interview in the two weeks after. In Milwaulkee, we did all day interviews and toured the campus and city. There were two, two on one interviews that asked more specific questions about my resume and more behavioral questions. And at the end of the day there was a panel discussion where we had to solve a problem as a group. Speak up here! I think this was my downfall.
