I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GE in Oct 2011
Interview
I started by talking to the recruiters at the career fair, they seemed like they were interested in me so I had a follow up e-mail from the hiring manager a few weeks after. The manager decided to have a phone interview with me. The interview was full of behavior types of questions back to back for about thirty minutes. My advise is to study general interview questions just to get familiar with the questions before the real interview.

Question 1
tell me a time when you disagreed with your fellow worker and how did you deal with it?
Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.
