I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE (Blacksburg, VA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Met with a recruiter at a university career fair. Received a call a few hours later asking if I wanted to do an On-Campus Interview. Interview lasted about thirty minutes with a current engineer working for GE transportation. Questions asked were generic and they expected answers in S.T.A.R. format.
Early morning interview where the interviewer was cold and sort of unable to hold a conversation. This made the interview difficult because it was one hundred percent behavioral. I was not expecting a behavioral interview with an antisocial interviewer.
