On campus recruiting. First round was with an alum, 2nd round was flown to Houston for a 3 min presentation about your work experience, 2 behavioral and a case, third round was a conversation with the program manager. The case was basically impossible and everyone does poorly on it so just make sure you say things like "this is what I think does everyone agree" and make sure you're vocal.

Technical question: Just means a brainteaser. Mine was you have a three gallon bucket and a five gallon bucket, without measuring how do you make 4 gallons

1st round GD in topic "How can Toyota's Lean Management be integrated into the Indian Industries"
2nd round personal interview with functional and HR personnel. questions on basic supply chain concepts
Firstly, received a call from Human Resources asking about why I was interested in this position as initial screening. After that, was invited for a phone interview which took about 30 minutes which was followed with two more face to face interviews with hr and the regional director.

Pretty standard interview process. First is a phone interview, followed by an in person interview. The in person interview took all day and had 3 interviews about 45 minutes each with 2 people in the room. Just answer the same for each interview.
