I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2016
Interview
Step 1:
Contacted by recruiter after submitting application. Phone call was scheduled.
I enjoyed hearing about the new GE that aims to be a top ten software company. It's no longer a stodgy >100 year old company anymore.
Step 2:
Phone call with hiring manager (I think, not clear).
I did not enjoy hearing from the stodgy Director about his one-size fits all approach to managing projects.
Obviously it wasn't a good fit.
