There were 3 interview rounds. The first was with the local acting manager of the position they wanted to be filled. The interview was professional and friendly. First he talked about GE in general, then asked me several questions about my previous work experience as manager. At the end of the interview he shared the details of the position and informed me about the further steps in the hiring process. The second interview was with HR and the CEO. The third was a telepresence interview with the director of the whole organization. He was in another country and the language was English. All interviewers were very friendly and professional.
