GE HealthCare interview questions

A phone screen and a half day interview with the director and the manager of a different group. The best way to interview for this job is to research about the company goals and try to focus on them for your answers. No tech questions were asked despite it being a technical position.

Position was posted and I was a targeted candidate. I spoke to HR several times, but had to go through interview as formality. I was in a position similar prior to this role, so I knew what it took to be successful. I was able to get through the interview by preparing scenarios which this position might come across and prepare the answers. This is key!
