I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Boston, MA) in Mar 2011
Interview
Large company, process heavy and everything just takes longer. Initial contact was by a GE recruiter, whom got my name from a consultant in my network. Initial phone screenings, followed by in person interviews in Boston. Once the verbal offer was extended, it seemed to take a long time for HR to complete the background check, etc..., and communication was not the best.

Interview
Initial one-on-one phone interview was very professional yet personable. A week later participated in a round-robin interview with 4 individuals held in the lobby of a local hotel. Met with different people the position would be supporting followed by the hiring manager. All mentioned that it was a tough position to fill with high company expectations.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GE HealthCare in Feb 2014
Interview
Long and drawn out with many layers and multiple people. Some did not even know what the job was that I was interviewing for. So it was not the most thoughtful process.

Question 1
How long do you think you will stay with us? Becuase I had been with my last company for 15 years - I was not sure how to take that - did they want me to stay a long time or not?? I thought it was odd.
