Recruiters were communicative and flexible enough, but the schedule was released frustratingly close to interview day. Interviewers seemed like they wanted to be there and answered informational questions thoroughly. Not technical at all, unusual for an engineering grad

Ten minute screening followed by a second round interview. You are Interviewed by current participants of the CLP program. The second interview was a half hour zoom meeting with two current participants of the CLP program

I did 3 rounds of interviews. One was very formal the others were informal. I went through the campus recruiting team at my University. I did email follow ups after every conversation to make sure I stayed in touch.
