Interview
Started with 30 min initial interview then 3 one hour interviews with various members of the team. Nice people, good conversation. Scheduling 3 one hour interviews seems excessive for the role and I found myself repeating myself each time. Questions that were asked seemed made up on the spot and some of the interviewers should have had a clearer picture of what they were looking for in a candidate.
