I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GE HealthCare in Aug 2021
Interview

Question 1
Oque é faço da vida, minha vida escolar entre outras coisas.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2021
Interview
A while back ago, I saw the job listing on LinkedIn and applied through their website.
I had a relatively brief initial phone screening/interview with a recruiter followed by an hour long interview with two employees with whom I would work with.
It was mentioned that a call with the department manager may or may not be necessary.
I really appreciated the first call with the recruiter as he was really positive about my CV and experience, praising me. I came off of the call excited for the internship. Had I received an offer, I likely would’ve picked it over other ones even if I got an offer from Amazon at the time. (Now an Amazonian :) ) I think the recruiter did a terrific job selling the internship and making me feel good about my achievements. Really really good stuff.
The second interview was with two employees and I made sure to ask a lot of questions. I prepared for the interview, researching them both so that I could ask questions directly related to their work. The questions I was asked were about my internship motivations, experience and a few behavioural questions. (Use STAR.)
I received a call not too long after from the recruiter who informed me that it came down to choosing between me and another guy and that they went with him because his career goals were more closely related to the Sourcing sector. (In the second interview I informed them of my hopes to apply for a DBA at Harvard, specialising in Tech & Operations Management so this makes sense.) This was also a very nice, although brief, conversation and I am really happy that they took the time to provide me with feedback as not many companies do.
Notably, another internship at GE opened up and I asked the recruiter for a recommendation. He provided me with the warmest recommendation possible and so I am providing him with the warmest recommendation possible. Thank you for your kindness Jerome!
