Spoke with a GE recruiter at a career fair, then went to a GE day on campus where I got some one-on-one time with my to-be interviewer. The next day, I had an on-campus interview with the same recruiter who asked me a few standard behavioral questions then hinted I would get the position. I got a phone call a few days later giving me the offer.
