Initial phone call from talent acquisition if applying for field engineer(Diagnostic Imaging).
1. Phone call with Director of Service.
2. In-person interview with Biomeds of the site you will be working.
3. Follow up phone call with Director of Service.(usually offers you the position)
4. Salary offer (verbal)

Question 1
General interview questions. Focuses heavily on customer service/serving the customer.
I was field tech working on copiers but had no biomed experience, so my DOS asked,
"Since you have no Biomed experience, what can YOU do to get yourself up-to-speed on things?"
That was literally the only question I had to kind of think about.

The whole interview was conducted through a Zoom Meeting and follow up phone call. All about relevant experience, safety, and customer service. The zoom meeting was with the direct supervisor, recruiter, and district manager

Talent team employee calls then if that interview is passed then the interview process moves to the next which HR interview possibly with a supervisor interview as well. The questions relate to the past experience and expectations.
