It started with an email from HR after dropping my application online. After asking general questions, such as job interests and salary package expectations, HR arranged a teleconference interview (phone screen). Phone interview questions was generally okay but poor phone connection (echos and heavy accent) did not do well for both sides, in my opinion. Scheduling of the 2nd interview (face to face) was stressful and hectic. Due to last minute decision to meet me, the interview was arranged the day after my follow up email. Questions were slightly more specific but with same interviewers again with the heavy accents, so felt the interview was a bit pointless. Could have been better with the director during the interview but again, all arranged last minute so she could not make it.
