They invited me to their office in Madison for a tour around manufacturing and their facility and to learn about what the V&V position does (Test the software for any errors from user input) and during that time, had an interview. 2 weeks after tour, I received a reply.

On sight interview with plant and lab tours, interactive product demos, and time to talk to current co-ops. Also included a presentation over lunch. Behavioral and situational based questions.
