1 interview - HR and finance manager both in there. 1 presentation - about project I did 1 group exercise - need to be good t manipulating others, which somehow shows good team work skills.

I applied online. Couple of days later recieved email to have a phone interview with the HR leaving the choice for me to choose the day between 2 options. The phone interview was great. The person interviewing me was very helpful, friendly and kind. We walked through my CV in details. Normal questions where asked such as why GE, why this position? weaknesses and strength, what course was the most interesting for me and why...the problem was with the time of availability.. the interviewer was giving great impressions on my answers and the flow of the interview. It was supposed to be 15 to 20 min, it went up to 35 min... the only problem was with time of my availability...
