Interview
It was an in-person interview with two interviewers - head of HR and head of GE Digital. They asked several questions about my background, then went into my technical experience (coding languages, etc.) and finally into time frames and particular interests within GE.

Interview
Applied through my University and on GE's webpage. Had an on campus interview that was all behavioral questions related to leadership positions that lasted about 30 minutes. Interviewer helped by asking probing questions to direct your thinking. Was given time to think longer before answering a question or coming back to a questions later in the interview.

Interview
I applied on campus through a local school, and was selected for an interview on campus. After passing that round I was selected for an on-site day with two interviews and a case study. I was notified of my offer within a week of completing the on-site day at the Wauwatosa campus.
