Interview
1st: Phone Interview by recruiter.
General questions like your experiences, why you want to join the company, what do you understand about the job description.
2nd: Panel Interview
Face-to-face interview with hiring manager and team lead. Some personality fit type of questions; strengths/weakness, challenges faced and how they were overcome etc
Followed by technical questions related to the field you are applying for.
3rd: Phone Interview
This is conducted by the HR manager. It's a casual interview and more of like an assessment of your personality.

Interview
There were three interviews. The first with the recruiter, the second with the manager of the position and the third with his manager. They asked several technical questions and everything went well.

Interview
I was recited by an outside hiring firm, then quickly put in touch with a hiring recruiter from GE(Very pleasant to deal with). Set up the interview with another person. All over the phone until the actual interview. Actual interview took place on site. I met with my would be boss, a direct level coworker, a manager from a parallel department, and production manager. Everyone was friendly and informative. No involved questions, just discussion about the job and industry.
