GE Design Engineer interview questions

1st: Phone Interview by recruiter. General questions like your experiences, why you want to join the company, what do you understand about the job description. 2nd: Panel Interview Face-to-face interview with hiring manager and team lead. Some personality fit type of questions; strengths/weakness, challenges faced and how they were overcome etc Followed by technical questions related to the field you are applying for. 3rd: Phone Interview This is conducted by the HR manager. It's a casual interview and more of like an assessment of your personality.
