I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Grand Rapids, MI)
Interview
Phone call with HR followed by a 45-minute virtual call with 4 engineers. Talked mostly about previous experiences. Finally, an onsite interview started with a site tour and 3 one-on-one interviews. They grill about past experiences and capabilities. 6 pages of electronics questions about basics to advanced details are asked, which was quite stressful. The site is old, fascinating, and a bit boring. They are using legacy systems. Not for everyone, but definitely fun for geeks.
