I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GE Aerospace in May 2018
Interview
Phone screen. Five interviewers asking different questions about experience. A few technical questions about embedded programming (the project was for embedded programming)
Turns out the *real* interview was after being accepted to come onsite. Managers started evaluating performance on real world tasks.

Question 1
What do you think a manufacturing engineer's role entails?
I received a phone call from HR about 3 weeks after I applied. An on-site interview was scheduled for the next week. The interview itself was just a list of scenario questions back to back. It was difficult because I struggled to remember relevant scenarios to answer with, but the questions were very simple.
