GE Aerospace interview questions

Was a pre-recorded online interview and the first stage of the process after my initial application and a brief questionnaire from the recruitment team. There were 6 questions however the first was a warm up (didnt have a bearing on my result) and the last was simply "is there anything else you'd like to add". Each question gave 3 minutes to answer and 30 seconds to prepare. They took over a month to get back to me despite saying 14 days however it was during the peak of the pandemic.

El proceso ha durado más de dos meses. Tras entregar el CV y la carta de motivación, te avisan para realizar unos tests online. Si pasas los tests te invitan a hacer una video-entrevista en la que te hacen 6 preguntas. Las preguntas son de tipo behaviour y situational. La verdad es que la plataforma es muy fácil de usar. Ahora solo queda esperar a los resultados por parte de GE.
