They ask you some technical questions to learn about you. They also ask questions regarding your background and past as well as your hobbies and successes. Time is a bit long for an interview

I had a behavioral interview with one university recruiter from GE aviation. The interview focused on my technical experience, as well as asking several situational questions regarding my leadership and teamwork experience. I did not receive an offer, but the recruiter offered to meet with me at a later date to discuss the interview and why I did not receive an offer.
