I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace
Interview
Process involved a general screening with a recruiter, a technical screening with the hiring manager, a technical interview with multiple engineers, and a behavioral interview with an HR rep, followed by an hour to ask any questions I had about GE with another engineer. The technical/behavioral interviews and the Q&A were all part of a 4-hour interview day. I also applied to multiple positions so there was an additional discussion with all the different hiring managers to explain the details of each role. Overall was asked a lot of STAR questions about previous work/school projects and interpersonal skills, but everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. I was also updated frequently throughout the process, whereas many other companies I've applied to leave their candidates in the dust.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace in Oct 2021
Interview
Standard interview process, simple behavior questions "Tell me about a time when..." (You met an engineering challenge and didn't know exactly how to proceed; you had to deal with a difficult person; you had a failure at work; etc).
Interview process was straight forward and as expected, but never heard back; obviously I didn't get the job but they never even let me know I was no longer being considered.
