I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Jacksonville, FL) in Jul 2022
Interview
Applied online and was reached out via text from the engineering supervisor. Scheduled a telephone screening in which they told me about the position and site. We then scheduled an in-person interview at the site in which I spoke to 5 engineers and the lead HR person, each for 30 minutes. They worked like clockwork and respected my time. Most conversations were about each individual's duties and what happens at the site. Two engineers asked me mildly technical questions. HR asked me 3 behavioral STAR questions.
