Interview
I applied through Gradcracker. I added in alot of skills in my application, even smaller ones like teamworking, communication, active listening, provided that I have proof of my skills. I feel this is what pushed me to be selected for the second stage assessment. the first stage assessment was a work behaviour assessment as well as a psychometry test, which was all online. I passed both by reading up GE aviation's core values and answering work behaviour questions with those core values in mind. The next stage was the online video assessment. I failed at this stage. However, they did ask 5 questions,

Talk about a time where something didn't go as planned and what you did afterwards ( something along those lines) 4. Talk about a time where you may have had to do many tasks at once and how you went about handling them and whether it was effective 5. Any other information that you would like to tell us that would give us more confidence in you as an applicant?

Interview
Interview on campus, two separate interviews. 30 minutes each, one was basic questions about my education experience and personality. Other was my qualifications. Questions were phased different but same overall meaning as popular interview questions.
