Long and overly complicated process. Very inefficient. Here's a breakdown of how long they took to make a decision: Applied on September 2 1st interview - September 6 2nd interview - September 9 3rd interview - October 23 Interview results - November 24 That's a total of 83 days. They took nearly 1 financial quarter to make a hiring decision. They also ghosted me after the final interview. Very anti-human behavior that makes you feel disposable.
