GE Aerospace interview questions

It was strictly behavioral interviewing. Questions consisted of things like: What was your greatest accomplishment, When is a time you had to use your leadership skills, when was a time you had to influence your peers, what was your biggest failure, etc. They want you to reflect on your background no matter what it was, and answer the question. Even if you were a pizza boy it does not matter. Don't be afraid to take your time to answer the question completely. Tell them the situation, what you did, and the outcome. Good luck

There were 2 rounds of interviews for Aviation and they were a combination of behavioral, situational and IQ...the focus was around industry knowledge and demonstrated leadership skills in multiple situations. The in-person interview round was fairly laid back and the atmosphere of the work environment was very professional and friendly. People were very nice and approachable throughout the day.
