GE Aerospace interview questions

extensive on campus interview on-site interview with 5 minute presentation and 4 hour long one-on-one sessions

Interview consisted of a 5 minute presentation on yourself, a 1:1 technical interview, and three 1:1 behavioral interviews. The last part was a group exercise which focused on teamwork and leadership. All of the interviewers seemed like they were interested in what I had to say. They want to see leadership so make sure to stress your leadership roles.
