Be prepared for a severe lack in communication. It was the most frustrating thing ever when you didn't hear back or get a reply to emails and phone calls for more than three or four weeks at a time.
That being said, they did pull through somehow, and everything did work out as planned. I just wished that they had been more supportive before I had started working.
The interview was straight forward and simple. Just plain behavior questions.

Initial phone screen with a recruiter, phone interview with hiring manager, all day on site interview, follow-up on site interview with next level of management. The process is very lengthy.

Questions weren't difficult. The process in the beginning is just to get a feel for you and how much you know about your field. Follow up interviews were mostly conversational to see if you are a fit.

completely through the phone which isn't the normal process (usually 1-2 in-person interviews), but through professional society connection was able to secure phone interview which lasted 1.5 hrs.
