Interview
Met a member of the transportation team (and my college's recruiter) at my school's job fair. After a small talk he signed me up for a phone interview the next day. The phone interview was generic behavioral questions with the guy I'd met and one of his colleagues as well. It was unexpectedly short and easy

Question 1
There wasn't one. Most unexpected part was how short and easy it was. It was supposed to be 30 minutes and it was like 18, just a few questions and some small talk.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace in Oct 2014
Interview
Applied online through my university's career center, only behavioral interview questions, nothing technical. Asked a lot about past project experiences and working in groups. Also asked about how I would deal with certain situations when working in groups. Interview lasted about 40 minutes, fairly relaxed.
