Describe a time where you set goals for yourself that you were unable to meet and how you dealt with not meeting them.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (West Lafayette, IN) in Sep 2014
Interview
Mostly behavioral questions, and the interviewers are generally young and full of energy. Figure out situations you've been in that can apply to times you solved a problem, failed, dealt with team, etc. It also helped me a lot to mention a side project I had been working on at home and sound excited about it. When I got my call for the interview they mentioned that they liked that a lot.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Blacksburg, VA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very relaxed; it was a casual conversation with questions that weren't too hard but still required thought. There weren't that many technical questions because GE likes to hire young talent, which results in hiring people who aren't as technically skilled. The interviewer was super friendly and was actually interested in what I was saying. I talked to him at my career fair and then interviewed with him a day after.
