I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
One interview, a lot of questions, be ready for anything. It was a fairly easy conservation, the interviewer was friendly and it felt pretty comfortable. They will want detailed descriptions of your previous work experiences and school projects. They will want you to talk about how well you work in teams, and leadership. They will ask you about difficult situations you have been in and how you went about handling the situations.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Ann Arbor, MI) in Sep 2014
Interview
The interview process was really quick - just one behavioral after meeting the recruiter at the career fair. I heard back about 2 weeks later with an offer. The interview was pretty generic: just the typical questions about teamwork and personal successes/failures. I would just recommend preparing by getting your stories ready and following the S.T.A.R. pattern. Other than that, I didn't need to have any other preparations.
