GE Aerospace interview questions

Telephone interview, technical focus. Friendly, lasted about an hour. Some challenging questions about the work which was simple enough because my experience was similar. As telephone interviews go, it was not to hard but quite thorough.

Almost all of the questions were behavioral questions, assessing risk and leadership. My specific recruiter was very adamant about having interns/co-ops who were passionate about the aerospace, aviation business especially because he was a mechanical design engineer.
