GE Aerospace interview questions

It began with a panel of 3 people, one of which was from HR. They asked the basic questions you can find on any interview prep article. Next, there was a panel interview with 6 engineers. This lasted about an hour and a half. They fired off question after question, picking apart my resume and diving more deeply into my experiences and stories to make sure that I was genuine.

There were a lot more behavioural questions than there were technical. The interviewers were really nice to talk to and create a comfortable environment. It was jot quite the STAR type if interview, but it was very much focused on behavior.
