First you are tested on the computer. If you pass that you go to a preview class that’s unpaid for a week (or on the weekends) if you pass that you are interviewed by a panel of people that work at GE where they decide to hire you or not.

Interview
Average process, went through campus. They give an initial interview over the phone and then one in person, all behavioral questions and situational. Focused on critical thinking and analytics. Love high GPA's and want to see high energy as well as work ethic. Go in smiling with alot of energy and be able to articulate your previous experience in the likes of the STAR method

Interview
Met at career fair, applied through campus recruiting system. Next day interview was a 30 minute behavioral. The questions were very situational and specific about experience. Little time to free-ly talk about yourself and your experience.
