Interview
The day began with me giving a presentation about my greatest achievement. I was then personally interviewed by two interviewers who were probing and looking into my past experiences in line with the GE values.Following this there was lunch and then a group excercise with 6-7 assessors watching on. The interviewers were very easy going and made me feel comfortable
It was a friendly environment. It took nearly 2 hours with group case and technical and HR questions. questions were about daily life and personality as well as technical acknowledge
It was not too hard, overall the questions were not very difficult. The first round was a HireVue questionnaire where they asked basic questions in a multiple choice or short answer format.

The interview process felt natural and conversational, which helped me feel comfortable from the start. The questions flowed smoothly, allowing me to express my thoughts clearly without feeling rushed. Overall, the relaxed and supportive atmosphere made the experience feel more like a discussion than a formal interview, reducing stress and making it an enjoyable interaction.
