Interview
Initial phone screen with Company's recruiter, followed up with telephone interview with HR Manager.
Advanced to 4, in-person interviews with members of the Leadership Team (Site Leader, HR Manager, Operations Manager, and Site Project Manager).
Offer was given approximately 1 week later.

Interview
Very thorough. First had two, telephone interviews with a in-house recruiter. Next went through three telephone interviews. The next phase included four, one on one interviews with various team members.
