Had email contact to manager via family member. He sent my info to a recruiter. Recruiter did a phone interview - basically made sure I was alive. Then had a phone interview with the manager who turned out to be a hiring manager. He passed me onto his manager and that is where I blew it. There were a few open positions and it was not clear which one I was interviewing for. Therefore, I was not prepared to give concise answers. I was told that I was right for GE, but I did not have the Aviation experience they were looking for.
