Initial phone screen x2 resulting in processing of personal identity info to confirm security clearance for on-site interviews. Three candidates were held in a conf room and were selected 1 by 1 for a personal interview . Three interviewers total

Organized process and no trick questions. Very comfortable. Prior to interview, a schedule is send so there are no surprises to your process. As a note, (not that anyone would not do this anyway) be kind from the minute you walk in the door. Everyone is respected and the coffee lady and security guards have input. Be a good person!
