G4S interview questions

Had my first group interview. Was not informed anything about the interview until the moment all candidates stepped into a conference room. Self introduction was followed by some group presentation regarding the industry. Was called up for 2nd interview (1v 3 Managers plus HR). Situational questions were posed. Only an hour later I got called up and was told I would not be chosen as a MT and was offered another post. I wonder how credible it was.

I was interview and hired by the Outstanding Human Resource Clerk/Secretary. The back round investigation was the longest, however I was updated on the progress every time I called.
