I had several phone interviews with the team lead and VP. Both people were friendly and fair and gave me the chance to answer and ask my own questions. The interviews were about a half hour each.

and then Written test, which basically is doing a research on your own.

After the first phone interview, the second was in person. Did some writing examples, but didn’t really seem like they took me seriously. The interview was with one manager, and she basically said I was too young and inexperienced. It was a strange interview.
