I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Frost & Sullivan (Bengaluru) in Dec 2009
Interview
The interview is highlighted by long waiting periods in between the subsequent interview rounds. Apart from that, its pretty much a standard interview. It consisted of a skills test (Case Studies) followed by a phone interview with the HR (to understand your compatibility with the company as a whole) and a face to face interview with the relevant team (to understand your compatibility with the team). One of the main things both interviews look for is whether you can be a team player, irrespective of your designation.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frost & Sullivan (Chennai) in Apr 2024
Interview
Not too intense, very high on what they expect and not enough on what we expect. They discussed mostly what they require without being flexible on hybrid working or any other discussions

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Frost & Sullivan (Katmandú)
Interview
It was a long process. I was interviewed by 4 different people. The HR, Manager, team supervisor and the head. But it was worth it at the end. Soo far it was a great experience.
Okay . Was fine nothing special and easy enough to get the job. An assessment was required rather lengthy though...would not recommend all the hours to do this assessments. For the salary not worth all thr work required to get the job.
