The interview itself was not excessively structured. I felt at ease speaking with both Human Resources and the head of the department for which I applied to work for. I did two interviews, and though I was happy to be called back for a second one, I felt it resembled the first too much. If felt sort of like a repeat.
First interview with HR manager and a future team colleague. More focused on behaviors and personality than technical. Some personal questions about you as a person and as an employer, as well as English and German questions to test languages skills. Relatively approachable interviewers.
