I applied through my college career services for a co-op, and was soon thereafter selected to interview with EagleBurgmann. There was only one round of interviews at my college, and I heard a week after the interview that I had gotten the job. I was required to do a drug test and fill out preliminary work documents about a month before joining EagleBurgmann for employment. It was all very simple and straight forward. In the interview, it was more of a conversation instead of an interview. Mostly behavioral, and the hiring managers (2 interviewers) did not have any questions really prepared. It was mostly me asking questions and expressing my interest in the small firm.
