Freudenberg Group interview questions

Met with a recruiter, did a phone screening and 2 hours of in person interviews. When I got to speak with the head of the department, he made a comment that the only reason that I was invited to the interview was because I had a bs degree (in a related science). Otherwise he wouldn't have bothered talking to me. I knew then that I didn't have a chance at getting the job. I guess I lucked out because the man who would have been my boss made a joke about people with autism that made me and the HR rep very uncomfortable.
