I had a 30-45 minute call with the hiring manager in which we reviewed mainly my resume and skills. Talked a lot about the day to day in past roles as well as projects. I was asked what I feel 3 skills others would use to describe me when asked.
After the screening call she let me know that I would be coming back for a second round interview in person. Spent about 45 minutes touring the plant, she described the process flow and manufacturing process. I then met with two of the operations managers as well as the Engineering Manager. They all asked quite similar questions. Again I was asked what 3 words my co-workers would use to describe me. I was also asked to describe a weakness of mine.
Although I do not remember the exact questions asked to me there was a good deal of conversation surrounding teamwork and communication, and my views on how to handle any issues that could come up relative to those aspects of the workplace.
There was little to no technical questioning, at most I was asked to provide examples of projects in which I had used the technical skills listed on my resume.
